Start with power, connection, reference, and reading.

Use a short diagnostic path.

Observe before resetting.

Note the light, phone, app screen, and last successful step.

01 · Power

Read the light first.

  • Red breathing light every 10 seconds: waiting for the App.
  • Green flashes for about five seconds: phone connection made.
  • Green flashes while charging and stays solid when full.
  • Charge at 5 V / about 1 A by Type-C; a full charge is specified at about three hours.

02 · Bluetooth

Reconnect close to the device.

  • Confirm the device is awake and move the phone close for the first connection.
  • Enable Bluetooth permission for the ROADROAM App.
  • Disconnect another phone that may already be using the device.
  • Restart the App and device if the live status does not resume. Core leveling uses BLE 5.0, not campsite internet.

03 · Reference

Recheck the base before recalibrating.

Inspect the bracket for movement or deformation. Confirm the RV with a physical bubble level, return the unit to its saved base, then use “Set level.” Recalibrate every six months; if the error remains above 0.5° afterward, contact Support.

04 · Live reading

Check front-to-back and side-to-side.

The App reports the offset from the saved reference and can estimate lift height and block quantity. Follow the RV and equipment maker’s approved adjustment sequence.

05 · Care

Keep the electronics dry and stable.

  • Do not expose the unit to direct rain or prolonged extreme sun.
  • Avoid drops, impacts, doors and repeated vibration.
  • Clean with a damp soft cloth; do not use solvent.
  • Specified environment: −30 to 60 °C and 5–65% RH, non-condensing.

06 · Escalate with context

Share what reproduces the issue.

  • Rig type and device mounting position
  • Phone model, App version and operating-system version
  • Indicator pattern and last successful step
  • Screenshot, short video, or exact error wording
